Meet the Founder
Henna-Mari Nyblom is a senior interim commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in international B2B industrial and technology businesses. She has held international leadership positions at ABB and Nokia, and worked extensively with global customers, partners and executive teams.
She has held executive responsibility for go-to-market, commercial growth and international expansion in complex, regulated and transformation-driven environments, working closely with CEOs, boards and executive teams.
Henna-Mari has led large enterprise accounts and multi-million-euro frame agreements in sectors such as energy, industrial technology, software and digital engineering. Her background combines hands-on commercial leadership with deep experience in ecosystems, partnerships and data-driven solutions.
Through Aidine Oy, she works as an interim executive and trusted partner for companies navigating growth, commercial transformation and demanding transition phases.

I carried full commercial accountability
for a 350 MEUR annual budget across 12 technology areas.
